Graham was a founder director of ROCBF and managed the accounts in the early years, until we had the resources to appoint a financial manager.
Previously, he had been a founder director and treasurer of the Robert Owen Montgomeryshire Credit Union. In the 1990s he helped establish and manage a Local Exchange Trading Scheme (LETS) in mid Wales. He maintains a strong interest in mutual credit schemes and the development of Green Economics.
For twenty years before retirement he worked for the Big Lottery Fund, as a Policy and Learning Advisor, developing grant funding programmes to distribute National Lottery funds to charities, community groups and local authorities across Wales, and also advising on social policy and third sector funding.
